  • Commercial Use: Users may use AI-generated images commercially, but Pixora does not provide any legal protection against copyright disputes.

2. User Responsibilities

By using Pixora.cloud, you agree:

  • Not to generate copyrighted material: You must not intentionally generate images that replicate copyrighted works (e.g., famous logos, movie characters, brand mascots).
  • To comply with intellectual property laws: You are responsible for ensuring that your use of generated images does not violate third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other IP rights.
  • To respect ethical usage: Do not use AI-generated content for deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent purposes (e.g., impersonation, fake news, deepfakes).

3. Copyright and AI Model Training

  • Third-Party AI Models: Pixora uses AI models like Stable Diffusion, DALL·E, FLUX, Modelslab, which have been trained on publicly available datasets.
  • Derivative Work Disclaimer: AI-generated images may resemble existing works in style but are not considered direct copies unless explicitly designed to do so.
  • No Model Training on User Data: Pixora does not use user-generated images to train AI models unless explicitly stated.

4. Copyright Infringement & DMCA Compliance

Pixora.cloud respects copyright laws, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar laws in other jurisdictions. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used improperly, follow these steps:

A. How to File a Copyright Infringement Notice

If you believe your copyrighted content has been used unlawfully on Pixora.cloud, send a DMCA takedown request to contact@pixora.cloud with the following details:

  1. Your contact information (Full Name, Email, Address, Phone Number).
  2. A description of the copyrighted work (Include URL or proof of ownership).

B. Counter-Notification Process

If you believe your content was wrongfully removed, you may send a counter-notice with:

  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have the right to use the material.
  3. Consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your country.

Pixora will review all claims and respond within 7 business days. If the complaint is valid, the content will be removed.

5. Content Removal and Account Suspension

  • Pixora reserves the right to remove AI-generated content that violates copyright laws.
  • Repeated violations may result in account suspension or permanent bans.

6. Copyright Limitations & Pixora's Liability

  • Pixora is not liable for any copyright disputes between users and third parties.
  • Users are solely responsible for verifying the legality of AI-generated images before use.
  • Pixora does not provide legal advice—users should consult a copyright attorney if needed.

Pixora may update this Copyright Policy to comply with legal changes or improve transparency. We encourage users to review this page periodically.
